This is to inform you that En+ Group (hereinafter referred to as En+) has commenced preparing its 2024 Consolidated Report (hereinafter referred to as the Report).

We would like to invite you to participate in determining the material topics of the Report and complete the survey herein. This will take seven to ten minutes of your time.

In accordance with the GRI standards for non-financial reporting, determining the material topics of the Report involves the assessment of En+' most significant actual and potential ESG impacts. The impacts are understood as the effects that En+ has or may have on the economy, the environment, and people, including human rights.

Please assess the significance of the selected types of the impacts below, based on your knowledge of En+' operations and sustainability trends. When assessing the impacts, it is necessary to factor in the impacts caused both by En+' activities and its products, and by the supply chain (suppliers, contractors, consumers).

We highly appreciate your contribution to the formation of the 2024 Consolidated Report of En+.
