The project is aimed at monitoring Human-Centric practices implemented in Russian and global companies and optimizing Human-Centricity Index assessment methodology.

HR directors, executives, and partners of companies from industrial, trade, energy, and service sectors with different turnovers and headcounts are welcome to participate in the study.

Your answers are a key source of information for the study. The questionnaire takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.

Publication of any questionnaire results with a reference to a company is subject to approval by a company's representative.

If you find it difficult to answer a quantitative question, please give an approximation that you think fits your company best.

When filling out the questionnaire, please keep in mind that prolonged inactivity (more than 24 hours) can lead to an automatic questionnaire reset.
